Rizse welcomes Brad Shelton, a leading safety assurance and quality control expert, to the board of advisors. Brad has a distinguished career both as a senior consultant to the aviation maintenance sector and as a former airline executive. Rizse is thrilled to have someone with Brad’s breadth of understanding of airline operations and maintenance. He will be instrumental in helping define the use cases for airline customers and giving the end-user the premier tool for creating greater safety and efficiency.

After speaking with Colby Harvey, CEO of Rizse, he had this to say about our new addition. “ Brad brings a lot of value to the table in terms of the calls that I have had with him regarding customers, distribution partners, and investors. Being able to leverage his experience and skill from the aviation industry is a strong glowing highlight. I am really excited to have him on the team because of his general outward look on the company and his visions for the future.”  He went on to say, “SeaTec is interesting because of their direct work with many different airline and aviation customers. They’re providing the strategy for their growth into the next five to ten years, planning out their maintenance processes, helping them decide what aircraft to buy as well as when and what tools and procedures to use going forward. His connection with SeaTec is fascinating and brings a lot of value because we now get those insights as well.”

Brad joins the advisory board bringing deep airline operational expertise. Brad’s experience includes executive leadership roles at Delta Air Lines as well as partner and principal roles at SeaTec Consulting.   As Delta’s VP Corporate Safety and Quality, Brad advocated for and matured the Safety Management System effectiveness as a way of doing business for all operating divisions and with regulators. Brad’s prior roles included department head for Engineering, Quality, and Training, where he led multiple operating cost efficiency projects and the teams working the post-merger TechOps systems integration. Brad’s work at SeaTec Consulting included three years of double-digit revenue growth and expanded service offerings for aerospace, airlines, and defense clients. Brad is currently a principal consultant and board advisor to SeaTec and an Operating Partner at Banbury Private Capital.

“I’m thankful for the chance to work with Rizse and help grow their vision for solving real-life problems in aviation. The Rizse team is advancing a complete toolset that will soon become a must-have for safe and effective maintenance operations, not only for airlines but throughout the A&D sector.” Brad Shelton
